Here are some listings for new construction in Elkhorn updated for August 2023. NewHomeSource.com showed 135 new communities offering 156 new homes for sale. Prices started at $400K for properties by Marasco Homes in their Southpointe Estates and Grandview Ridge communities. The highest-priced listing was $1,050,000 for homes in the Privada community by Sierra Homes.

Elkhorn, NE, is located on the western edge of Omaha and was named after the Elkhorn River. It was a municipality before being annexed by Omaha in 2005.
